Each Bio-Reactor System can included several monitoring tools.
Internal Video Cameras monitor both the influent levels as well as the current level of FOG.
As the microbes begin to work away at the heavy and floating solids, its density will change into a lite foam, and then in its final biodegradation stage, only grey water and biomass (less then 0.1%)remain.

Redundant Liquid Level Sensors monitor when influent levels approach rising levels that may indicate a GI blockage or a potential overflow. These are wired to the controller system which is programed to set alarms to the onsite staff and GRS server techinitions.

Probes for Temperature and pH immersed in the GI chambers can collect data continuously.
The last chamber (sample box) can be fitted with a highly modified video camera sensitive to UV light emissions. This helps the control system to compute the grease content in the discharge. (This technology is US Patent Pending). As a result the image appears black and white.
