CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CA - 135,000 gal - Prior to the installation of our GRS into this three chamber 135,000 gallon per day wastewater interceptor, it would require monthly pumping and jetting of the chamber walls and ceiling to remove F.O.G. and human waste. With the new GRS in place, they have not once had to pump, nor had the need for water jetting of the chambers, during the three month pilot testing of our system. This can save countless man hours and reduce the need for working inside the hazardous chambers.

FOOD PROCESSING FACILITY, LOS ANGELES, CA – 1500 gal - Prior to the installation of our Grease Reduction System this food processing plant was being fined by the water authority and had to pump frequently to alleviate the problem. With the GRS in place they have not needed to pump since the date of installation in April 2008. Although there are still particulates in the waste stream unique to their business, which are beyond the scope of the GRS, a drastic reduction has been maintained that saved the company $180,000 in 2008.

MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER LIFT STATION, SAN DIEGO Located only a few yards from the shoreline of Cardiff by the Sea, this lift station gathers F.O.G. and human waste from seven seaside restaurants and two beach side restrooms. Prior to the installation of our GRS, this lift station required bi-weekly pumping along with quarterly scraping and jetting of grease build up to keep it functioning properly. Using our service they have not had to do this maintenance any more, saving pumping costs, costs of wear and tear on the system, tools and wastewater personnel’s time, as well as eliminating persistent odor problems.
