Servicing Option

In order to minimize initial capital outlay for the customer Hydrologix GRS charges only for the initial installation, which includes a small fee to cover production, engineering and customization costs of the system. Amortization of the actual equipment cost is achieved using part of the monthly service fee over several years. No contract term is required however, giving customers flexibility and confidence in our system and service. Ownership of the system will remain with Hydrologix GRS throughout.

This option provides the customer with a worry free service providing bi-monthly servicing arranged and carried out by our contractor. Our contractor who will provide microbes as needed, will resolve any maintenance issues should they arise.

Financial advantages for the customer are a less than 24 month ROI on the initial capital outlay using the savings gained from the Hydrologix GRS system versus traditional pumping. Also the maintenance, repair and upgrade costs of the equipment are borne by Hydrologix GRS.

A monthly service fee is charged, which includes pre-determined regular servicing, continuous remote monitoring and microbes as needed.

Purchasing Option

The customer purchases a fully configured Hydrologix GRS system. The cost of the system will vary and be calculated by the size of the interceptor and current pumping costs and will not include the installation charge. Hydrologix GRS will install the system and provide the microbes needed for two months. The monthly service fee is now reduced significantly from that of the Servicing Option and will include continuous remote monitoring and one month’s supply of microbes. A simple ROI calculation shows that the initial purchase price can easily be recuperated within the first 36 months meaning that once the ROI is achieved the customer will enjoy substantial savings over the lifetime of the system, which averages five years.

Microbes will be drop-shipped to the customer on a pre-determined regular basis in order that the customer’s staff member or contractor can carry out the relatively uncomplicated replenishment of the microbes.
